Where do I buy beans for my King Kahuna Bean Bag? KING KAHUNA BEAN FILL AND TOP UP SERVICE {only available at our Melbourne store} The King Kahuna DOUBLE STRENGTH - DOUBLE DENSITY TM bean fill is value for money as we use an industrial strength insulation material. Our beans are manufactured DOUBLE the weight, so they won’t compress as fast as a low quality supermarket brand, saving you time and money on bean fill. King Kahuna polystyrene beans are of a high quality and are a ‘twice the life bean’. We fill it for you $40/ standard bag, no mess, no fuss, no beans all over your house!! Or alternatively you can purchase regular bean bag beans from most major department stores I don't live in Australia, how much will it cost to ship a beanbag to me? For all shipping details visit our shipping page HERE. How many beans should I put in my bag? You should fill the bag to your own desired comfort level. As a general guide a standard bag should take 3x100 Litres. Please refer to our filling guide HERE.
How often should I top-up my bag with beans? Whenever you feel it is necessary. If your bag no longer feels as comfortable as it once did, ad to your own taste.
My bag won’t unzip!!! How do I open it? TO OPEN YOUR KING KAHUNA CHILD-PROOF SAFETY ZIPS: The zipper tabs have been removed (a legal requirement) to prevent children opening the bag. To Open: insert paper clip, safety pin, etc. into hole on side of zipper head, there is a small bar in there, (the locking mechanism) the pin must be under it, then gently lift and slide open. If the zip doesn’t move freely DO NOT FORCE, reinsert pin and try again. NEVER USE PLIERS: Forcing of the zip by hand or using any other implement other than prescribed method will void the guarantee. All zips are checked at time of manufacture.
What’s the easiest way to fill my bean bag? FILLING IT YOURSELF STANDARD SIZE: We recommend approximately 3 x 100 litre bags of beans (department store), this would give you a fairly healthy fill and allow for the compression of the beans, but this is also subject to taste. Refill/ top up the bag as needed for your comfort. When filling, we recommend that you fill in the bathroom, over the bathtub (with plug in) and the doors and windows closed (the wind is your enemy when playing with polystyrene). I’ve had an accident and my bean bag needs repairing, where can I take it? (Melbourne Only) Abused bags can be repaired at our Carlton store only The one year guarantee covers the unlikely advent of faulty material or workmanship Proof of purchase from any stockist is required for repairs to be covered by guarantee 4 week repair time period Repairs are to be paid in full for repairs to commence Customer to call in 4 weeks to arrange pick up one hour prior (to allow time for filling) Uncollected repairs will be sold as sale stock after an 8 week period unless prior arrangement is made For full details of your guarantee please visit our Guarantees page HERE.

Do I need a bean bag liner for my bag? We recommend Bean bag liners for all bags excluding Vinyl, to make cleaning your bean bag easier. Bean bag liners are available through our online store or upon request.
How do I use my bean bag liner? Insert the bean bag liner to the top corner following the shape of the bean bag cover. Hold both bags at the point. Align zips of both bags at the base. Hold both bags upside down and gently pour in beans. Make sure BOTH zippers are fastened. Sit back and enjoy.
