Organising a Product Exchange / Return
1. Terms and Conditions
King Kahuna Pty. Ltd. may, at its sole discretion, offer a refund for returned products within 5 days from the delivery date, provided that:
- The product remains in its original, saleable condition.
All return postage and shipping costs are your responsibility.
No returns will be accepted after 5 days from delivery.
Refunds will be processed once products are received and inspected. Alternatively, products for exchanges will be dispatched and tracking details forwarded
Where you received a defective product, please call us immediately within 5 days on (03) 9370 2088. King Kahuna will refund your returned items automatically once they have been inspected.
2. Non-Returnable / Refundable Items
We do not accept returns or provide refunds if you:
- Change your mind, or purchased a product as a gift that the recipient does not want;
- Decide the product size is unsuitable (all dimensions are stated on the product page);
- Purchase a bean bag cover believing filling is included (filling is sold separately and clearly stated on product pages);
- Have products damaged due to lack of maintenance, abuse, abnormal
service or handling, - Fail to read the relevant product information before purchase;
- Order an incorrect quantity or the wrong product (unless the error was ours);
- Products that have been used by you and are no longer in a saleable condition.
- Products that have been filled with beans and emptied.
- Open the packaging, use the product, or remove it from its packaging;
- Remove warning labels, brand labels, or instructions; or
- Break or damage the tamper-proof seal.
Sale or discounted items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
Custom, bespoke, made to order or personalised items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
3. Charges for Approved Returns
- Service and Admin fee: $25 per item if packaging has been opened;
- Filled Bean bags Incur an additional $50 Unfilling and cleaning fee Per Bag.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable; and
- Return shipping costs are your responsibility (we do not pay for return shipping).
- We may make a deduction from your refund for any loss in the value of
the goods supplied if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by
you (for example using or wear of the goods prior to cancellation).
4. Returns Procedure
All returns must be authorised in advance.
- Mail your product at your expense using a trackable postal service; to: King Kahuna. 291 Maribyrnong Rd Ascot Vale Vic. 3032
- Include a signed letter stating the reason for return; and
- A copy or order number of your original receipt as proof of purchase
- Send us the tracking details

Cancellations
Should you wish to cancel your order, you can contact us on (03) 9370 2088 during business opening hours.
We may make a deduction from your refund for any loss in the value of the goods supplied if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you (for example using or wearing the goods prior to cancellation).
