Filled bean bags must be picked up from our store in Melbourne. We do not ship filled bean bags.
If you have not already have a pick-up booking time, please call us on (03) 9370 2088 with a minimum of 2 hours prior to your intended pick-up time (during business hours). This allows our team to have your bean bags ready to go for you without delay.
For trade and corporate orders - more time may be required. Please call us on (03) 9370 2088 to book a pick-up time.

Unfilled bean bags can be shipped anywhere in Australia. Most orders are shipped the next business day. We do not ship filled bean bags.
For Christmas orders, we recommend that you place your order by the 17th of December at the latest. Please call us on (03) 9370 2088 for any last minute Christmas orders.
Further delays may also be experienced due to AusPost's COVID-19 shipping backlogs.
